National Homeowner Association
National Manufactured Home Owners Association (NMHOA)
MHOA-NJ is a member of NMHOA which is the national association of manufactured home owners. This is an all volunteer organization dedicated to the protection of the rights of people living in manufactured housing throughout the United States of America.

A national organization dedicated to promoting resident ownership of manufactured home communities by providing technical assistance to communities and through a loan fund that helps communities finance the purchase of their communities. ROC USA certifies local technical assistance providers for resident owned conversions. In New Jersey our ROC USA affilated Technical Advisor is READS USA.
American Association of Retired Persons is a nonprofit membership organization of persons 50 and older. They have been on the forefront of Manufactured Housing issues as many retired and elder persons live in manufactured housing and AARP is dedicated to addressing their needs and interests.
The National Consumer Law Center is America’s foremost advocate for low-income consumer justice, and it has examined manufactured housing laws across the country. Several areas that they have focused on are homeowner rights when parks are sold, taxation of manufactured housing, and tenant rights.
NeighborWorks America creates opportunities for people to live in affordable homes, improve their lives, and strengthen their communities.
The mission of PMC Financial Services is to provide financing for manufactured/mobile home resident groups, nonprofit affordable housing providers, and owners through programs which accomplish the acquisition, construction, refinance, upgrade, and/or rehabilitation of manufactured/mobile home parks.
